Process description:
The screening system is composed of an ultrasonic electrical box, a converter and a screen. The chassis and the converter generate vibrations and induce the vibrations into the resonator. The ultrasonic waves propagate evenly through the resonator and reach the entire surface of the screen, allowing the installed screen to vibrate. This prevents the particles from sticking to the screen and allows more particles to pass through the screen to yield high separation accuracy. The processing time can be shortened when more particles are passed through the screen at a given time.
